User agreement (public offer)

This Agreement sets out the terms of use of the SERAPHIM website (the "Site") and is addressed to an indefinite range of individuals (the "User"). By using the Site and/or placing a request, the User fully and unconditionally accepts the terms of this Agreement.

1. Status of the Site The Site is an online showcase: the items, descriptions, photographs and prices published on it are for informational purposes only and do not constitute a public offer of sale within the meaning of Article 437 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation. The Site does not sell goods and does not accept payments.

2. Requests Placing an "order" on the Site constitutes a request — the User's enquiry for the production and purchase of the selected item. After the request is received, the manager contacts the User on Telegram — using the username stated by the User in the request — to confirm availability, contents, price, payment and delivery terms. All essential terms are agreed by the Parties individually when the request is confirmed.

The User must state a current Telegram username in the request and must not change it until the request has been agreed. If an incorrect or changed username is provided, it will be impossible to reach the User to arrange the order. For any other questions, the User should write to seraphim.studio.worldwide@gmail.com.

3. Payment Payment is accepted only as an advance payment for the production of the order — using the payment details provided by the manager once the request is agreed. No online payment is taken on the Site. The prices shown on the Site are indicative; the final price is confirmed by the manager.

4. Delivery All orders are delivered by CDEK and Russian Post. Delivery terms are described in the "Delivery & payment" section and agreed with the manager.

5. Returns & exchange Return and exchange terms are described in the "Returns & exchange" section and agreed with the manager individually. The User's rights under the laws of the Russian Federation are not limited thereby.

6. Intellectual property All materials on the Site (texts, photographs, graphics, logos) belong to their rights holders. Copying and use of the materials without permission is prohibited.

7. Personal data By placing a request or registering on the Site, the User consents to the processing of personal data under the terms set out in the "Privacy policy".

8. Limitation of liability The Site administration does not guarantee uninterrupted operation of the Site or that the published information is up to date at any given moment, and is not liable for the unavailability of the Site for reasons beyond the administration's control.

9. Changes to the terms The administration may amend this Agreement unilaterally; the new version takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site.
