Delivery & payment

The SERAPHIM website is an online showcase: the items on the Site are displayed for informational purposes only. By placing a request on the Site, the User submits an enquiry, after which a manager contacts them to agree on all terms.

Delivery: All orders are delivered by CDEK and Russian Post. The delivery method, cost and timing are agreed with the manager when the request is confirmed and depend on the delivery address.

Payment: Payment is accepted only as an advance payment for the production of the order — by transfer using the payment details provided by the manager once the request is confirmed. The manager contacts the User on Telegram using the username stated in the request. The User must provide a current Telegram username and must not change it until the request has been agreed: otherwise it will be impossible to reach the User to arrange the order. No online payment is taken on the Site; cash on delivery is not available.

Prices are listed in Russian rubles (RUB) and/or US dollars (USD) and are for information only; the final price is confirmed by the manager when the request is agreed.
