Privacy policy

This Policy is drawn up in accordance with Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data" (the "Law") and sets out how the personal data of the Users of the SERAPHIM website (the "Site") is processed.

1. Personal data processed — surname, first name, patronymic; — e-mail address; — phone number; — Telegram username; — delivery address; — history of requests and interactions with the Site; — technical data (IP address, device identifier, cookies, browser data).

2. Purposes of processing — receiving and handling requests placed on the Site; — contacting the User to agree on the terms of the order, payment and delivery (including via Telegram); — arranging delivery; — maintaining the User's account (with consent); — protecting the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator.

3. Legal grounds for processing Processing is based on the consent of the personal data subject, given when placing a request or registering on the Site (Article 6 of the Law).

4. Disclosure to third parties Personal data is disclosed: — to postal operators and courier services (CDEK, Russian Post) — for order delivery; strictly to the extent necessary for the purposes of processing. The Operator does not sell personal data and does not share it with third parties for advertising purposes.

Cross-border transfer of personal data to foreign states that do not provide adequate protection of the rights of personal data subjects is not carried out without the User's separate consent.

5. Retention periods Data is stored for 3 (three) years from the User's last request or interaction with the Site, or, where required by law, for the statutory periods.

6. Rights of the personal data subject Under Articles 14–22 of the Law the User has the right to: — obtain information about the processing of their personal data; — demand that the data be corrected, blocked or destroyed if it is incomplete, inaccurate, outdated or processed in breach of the Law; — withdraw consent to the processing of personal data; — appeal against the Operator's actions (or inaction) to the authority for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects (Roskomnadzor) or in court.

7. Cookies The Site uses cookies and similar technologies. Cookies are small text files stored in the User's browser.

The Site uses: — technical (essential) cookies — they keep the cart, request checkout and session identification working (the Site does not function without them); — functional cookies — they remember the language, currency and other preferences. No analytics or advertising cookies are used on the Site.

Free cookie policy: the Site does not block access if cookies are declined. The User may disable or delete cookies in their browser settings at any time. Disabling technical cookies may limit certain features of the Site (cart, placing a request). By continuing to use the Site without changing browser settings, the User consents to the use of cookies for the purposes described above.
